Policies

  • All services are to be paid at the time of booking via Paypal or Venmo.

  • For cats, daily visits are required, once every 24 hours minimum regarding multiple day bookings.

  • For dogs, three visits minimum are required per every 24 hours, regarding multiple day bookings.

  • Same day or last minute bookings will accommodated to the best of our ability, but not guaranteed.        

  • To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 7 days in advance for events, at least 3 days in advance for sittings, 24 hours from the start time for check-in visits. Otherwise, 50% of the cost will be refunded. Once the booking has started, no refunds or credits will be given.

  • Any unused credit will be voided after 6 months of issued credit.

  • No third parties in home without prior notice such as gardener, repairmen, etc.

  • No shared visits with other pet care providers, family members, or neighbors.

  • No 'ignoring' other pets during the services requested. All pets will be cared for and must be paid for accordingly.

  • ​Pupper’s Pet Care reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

  • In inclement weather, each service booked will be addressed accordingly dependent to the weather; Safety is to the upmost importance to the pet and quality of care.

  • Pet parents will be notified of start and end times along with a summary of the visit and pictures.

  • Photos may be posted to social media such as Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.
